What Clario does

Clario Loans is a loan facilitator, not a lender. We compare offers from partner banks and NBFCs and help you apply. The lender alone decides whether to approve your loan, and on what rate, fees and conditions.

Our fees

Clario's service is free for borrowers. Lenders pay Clario a fee when a loan we arranged is disbursed. Any processing fee, insurance or charge from the lender is set by the lender and shown in its sanction letter.

Rates and calculators

Rates, EMIs and figures on this site are indicative, based on published lender rates and the details you enter. They are not an offer or a promise of approval. Your actual rate depends on the lender's assessment of your profile.

Your information

You agree that the details you give us are true and complete. We handle them as described in our Privacy policy.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we are not liable for a lender's decision, for delays on the lender's side, or for losses from relying on indicative figures. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.

The site's design, text and illustrations belong to Clario Loans or are used under licence (see Credits). Please don't copy them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction. [Confirm with counsel.]
